Build Your Project Management Toolkit

The project management specialization’s three required classes expand on core MBA coursework and equip you with the skills that set professional project managers apart.

Master Methods and Processes

In this specialization’s foundational course, you’ll explore the critical components of project management: scoping, timelines, budget, human resources, procurement, risk, communications, integration and quality. You’ll also learn to develop a work breakdown structure and use tools like precedence diagramming, earned value analysis and risk analysis.

Improve Capacity and Communication

Additional coursework dives deeper into skill development and organizational learning and prepares you to build a compelling business case for project management initiatives. Since effective project management relies on good communication, these courses also address advanced methods and techniques for communication and conflict management.
